| We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have ordered in error or items are not exactly as you expected, you may return them provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns require prior authorization. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days to receive a refund. |
| Details 1. We do not refund the original outbound shipping cost. 2. If the order was shipped for free, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 3. Buyer pays return shipping. 4. Items should be returned in their original packaging. 5. Exchanges: The goods are returned according to our policy while a new order is created. |

Please allow 3-4 days for return processing once we receive your parcel. Refunds will take an additional 1-2 days to credit back to your original form of payment, and your financial institution may require a few more days for it to appear on your statement.
