How to Return

  • Return Within 30 Days: Send the item back to us within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
  • Register an Account: To request authorization on our website, you’ll need a registered account. If you checked out as a guest, please contact us for assistance. (We recommend registering an account at checkout for a smoother process!)

Return Details

  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original outbound shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Free Shipping Orders: If your order had free shipping, we’ll deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
  • Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges: Return the item per our policy, and place a new order for the replacement item.

Processing Timeline

  • Return Processing: Allow 3–4 days for us to process your return once we receive it.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds take 1–2 days to credit back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few additional days to reflect the credit on your statement.
