Transactions by credit card are settled in USD.
Paypal transactions can be settled in USD, CDN, GBP, or Euro.
 
International Orders
We ship orders to most international destinations. all around the globe.
If your country is not listed, please contact us to enable it.
 
Taxes
No taxes added for US destinations.
HST is calculated on Canadian shipments.
Consignees of shipments to other worldwide destinations are responsible to pay for their countries import duty and VAT, as well as any fees levied by the carrier.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Shipments
We count on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to be available to receive the shipment. If a shipment is unclaimed or undeliverable, and subsequently returned to Allstarco, the buyer continues to be responsible for the outgoing shipment cost as well as any costs or fees related to the return shipping by the cariier back to Allstarco.

In the case of international packages these fees can be rather high so please take care to:
1. Provide an accurate delivery address as well as a proper contact phone number.
2. Make arrangements with a colleague or neighbour if you are going on vacation or will be away.

 

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have ordered in error or items are not exactly as you expected, you may return them provided you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
 
Fine Print
1. Returns are assessed a $5 processing fee.
2. We do not refund the original outbound shipping cost.
3. If the order was shipped for free, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the credit amount.
4. The cost to ship goods back to us is the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
6. We do not accept returns after 21 days.
7. No returns on items from our clearance section or on custom orders.
8. Exchanges: The goods are returned according to our policy and a new order is created.
9. Clear Cabochons and Machinery have special conditions. Please see Return Policy Exceptions below.
 
Shipment Errors
If we made an error on your order please contact us within 7 days.
We will correct our mistakes at our expense.
 
Make a return request
1. Login to your account, go to Orders History.
2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
3. Select the product you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
4. Give us a brief explanation about why you wish to make the return.
5. Once complete click on Make an RMA slip.

We will answer you promptly and send you the return instructions and an RMA form to include with your package. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional charges.
 
Return Policy Exceptions
1. Clear Acrylic Cabochons
Clear acrylic cabochons are high quality scratch sensitive products that are packaged accordingly. They cannot be returned once the package has been opened.
2. Attaching Equipment and Dies are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We will never sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your email address to a third party. It will only be used for communications between Allstarco and you.

Our server environment is protected by DigiCert SSL which ensures that information is kept private and that no one else can read or change information as it travels over the Internet.
 
United States Department of Homeland Security
The following applies only to customers in the USA.
Homeland Security requires complete identification of the receiver of shipments from outside the USA, valued at $200 or more. For identification purposes, US Customs requires that we provide the IRS (EIN) number of the corporation, or in the case of individuals the Social Security number. This information is treated with the utmost of confidentiality and we do not retain this information in our system unless specifically asked to do so.
